    I really love this place. They are a neighborhood gym which is so much better than any chain or the gigantic mausoleums of fitness that have no personality.

    So happy to see they are open now post COVID-19. They are doing a fantastic job following the restrictions. I feel very safe working out there and you will too. Seriously, I love this place. It's perfect for any person regardless of your fitness level.

    Everyone is very friendly. They also have a great variety of equipment. Benches and racks for power lifters, to weight machine circuits if you want more guidance.

    Perfect place for a solid workout. Never too busy, has everything I need, and no one ever makes you feel awkward.
