(July 27, 2021, 7:55 am)We had a wonderful experience. My 94 year old mother was quite distraught about her hearing loss. The hearing aid she had wasn’t helping anymore. The audiologist she had been seeing said there wasn’t anything she could do. I took a chance and took her to Hear USA in Troy and Dr Vicki was so caring and respectful. She suggested one of their hearing aids and it worked! My mother could hear right away! We all cried with joy. My mother is like a new person, calling friends and visiting with others. She is so happy. I highly recommend Hear USA and Dr Vicki Harris.
