    Kickboxing is Absolutely a great workout and self defense. Bob is a great instructor, I was going for 4 years straight then took a break. So happy to be back!!! I highly recommend it!!!

    My granddaughter started taking karate lessons and loved it! Sensei Bob and Sensei/Master Witt teach real life street self defense.

    Instructors are nice, Rob was teaching a class of 6-12 year old kids. Expected discipline and attention but was awesome with the kids. My son 6, came out and was very excited to go back again after his first class.
