Drains Unlimited

Have used ”Drains Unlimited” (Bill) for years to do periodic maintenance to our drains and each time they have been; timely, through and professional. Recently our house needed 35 feet of sewer line replacement which Bill and his team completed in 1.5 days this included; basement cement removal, cast iron pipe removal , pvc pipe replacement and re-cementing floor. Bill took the time to diagnose the problem using cameras and sensors, explain the issues to us, necessary repairs needed. Again, for this project, Bill and his team were very professional, upon completion the team made sure to thoroughly clean up the work area and that we as the customer were satisfied. My wife and I continue to recommend “Drains Unlimited” to friends and neighbor's for their drain needs.

I had a great experience using Drains Unlimited. Just moved to a new home and had an issue with a faucet. Bill was able to troubleshoot over the phone at first and then ultimately decided to come by and solve the issue. He's a good listener and gives a lot of professional advice. I was impressed with his diligence and never-give up mentality. He was also good about following up making sure things were working a week after he fixed the issue. Above & Beyond: Bill and his son did a fantastic job addressing my drain backup issue, but didn’t stop there. Bill noticed another potential issue and was able to knock it out as well, while educating me on how my system works and gave me advice on how to keep everything working, and what to look to proactively keep my system working soundly. Bill was very professional and his work was excellent. He explained the work that needed to be done and why. He completed the work timely and did great a job cleaning up after the job. His pricing was great too! The next time I need plumbing work, I will call Drains Unlimited without hesitation.
