  We walk into gyms to help us reach our goals, but we stay because we realize it becomes something more. I am thankful I was introduced to this gym. They have helped me heal in many ways. I have been looking for a health community to call home for a long time and I’m thankful I finally found what I was looking for. They help me grow in both mind and body. No matter what your goal is, athlete or tired working mom, they will have your back. Thank you for your education and healing. ❤️

  Been going here for a few years and have always had a good experience. Don't have to worry that you might be doing some exercise wrong or if you're doing the best exercises for your goals, they definitely know what they're doing. Makes a huge difference not having to worry about your training program so you can just focus on pushing yourself. Just tell them your goals and they'll tell you what you need to do to get there. They're knowledgeable about nutrition as well, which is definitely a huge help when you're chasing tougher fitness goals.

  Been working with Coach Ben and Coach Kevin since Feb 2019. Great place, excellent coaches and very easy to talk to. It never feels like they're just coaches but more like friends. I love being there everyday. All the coaches are very welcoming and warm. They're always willing to help with aches and pains and alter the workout accordingly. They also referred me to a great doctor when I was battling with a tricep issue, 3 months of pain was resolved in 2 weeks. I would definitely reccomend being a part of the Omnevo family and everyone becoming healthier and stronger together!

  I have been training with coach Dan for almost a year now and I've never felt better, both physically and mentally. Coach Dan and the rest of the staff have taught me many valuable lessons in different training techniques. Inflow Wellness Academy is more than just a gym to get into shape, it's a place that will change your whole life for the better.

  I’ve been training at IWA for 2 years. It’s literally changed my life. I feel strong and much healthier. Almost every aspect of my life has improved, from work to golf! This isn’t just a gym, it’s a fitness and wellness facility. They offer strength and conditioning, nutrition & supplement advice, yoga, laser therapy, and much more all in a positive atmosphere. My chiropractor referred me to Coach Ben 2 years ago for help with a shoulder issue I had. I could hardly lift my arm above 90 degrees without intense pain. Now I can’t even remember which shoulder it was, the pain is gone! And, I was considering surgery!! could go on and on but I think I’ve made my point, this place is incredible.
