In the most challenging buyers market we may have ever seen, Christine Phillips was the light in a very long and dark tunnel on our journey to buy a house. As we were moving across the country, Christine flexed with us to fit in as many showings as possible when we were in town, saw houses for us via Zoom, and didn't give up after offer upon offer was rejected. Once we finally got an offer accepted, she worked with the loan and mortgage team to make dates that worked for us, always kept us in the loop, and even helped organize a cleaner when our move in wasn't what we expected.
