  Chelsea was fantastic. So patient and helped get the whole family a Covid test appointment need so we can take our cruise. Was complicated with people at three different addresses, two different states and different insurance coverage. Wow! Got it all done and we will be ready to sail. Thank you Chelsea!!

  We called Rapid Bio for covid testing. We didn’t register on line since we were driving by on saw this place. Chelsey was very polite and helpful. She registered six of us through phone and we got done our testing and results were sent to us in less than half an hour. Great customer service Chelsey. Really appreciate all your help.

  It wasn’t busy, so we were tested right away. But first, unbeknownst to us, we had to register first. I had a problem, so I called the help line posted and spoke to Chelsey C. She was SO pleasant and patient that I had to tell her that. If you need any assistance, I hope you are lucky enough to have Chelsey help you through it.
  
  And by the way, the testing staff was the best. Friendly and funny. Great vibes all around.

  What amazing staff! All of the people at this location went out of their way so I could get proper testing for international travel. Communication was superior and concern for my situation was genuine. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thanks for everything today. Reshanda, Gabrielle, Chelsea, and Erin are outstanding.

  We needed a same-day (or at least 24-hour turnaround) PCR test for our baby. The team was so friendly and efficient! They were exceptionally kind and careful with our little one. And, we got our test results the same day. Very grateful for the positive testing experience and now some peace of mind!
