    Lisa at the Ann Arbor branch is absolutely amazing. She helped me find a sister branch while I was out of town that I could use and even stayed on the phone with me the whole time to make sure that they were able to help me. I cannot begin to thank Lisa and the Michigan educational credit union for their phenomenal customer service.

    I applied for a car loan with MECU as I had a good experience with my first car loan. I had a difficult experience with the dealership the whole time, but working with Lynn and Lisa at the Macomb office was seamless. I appreciated their candor, patience, and positive attitudes. I’m happy to be a member.

    KM assistant branch manager was helpful and informative. I was there for less than 15 minutes, KM had my loan application submitted and walked me through my next steps. First time I’d ever secured a loan and KM made the process seamless.

    Best rate we could find! Took less than a day to get a car loan with about only 2-3 emails exchanged! All done online. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!
