Shannon and Dr. Olds were very pleasant and explained everything in detail. They made me feel at ease with everything. The front desk staff are also very pleasant and organized. I made the right decision choosing them as my new dental office.
It’s been about 6-ish years since I’ve had maintenance/cleaning done on my teeth so I was expecting the worst! However, Shannon is a peach and was kind and gentle with me during the exam and I felt at ease. I feel confident I found my forever dental office with Dr. Olds.
Over the years I have had many positive and some negative dental experiences. My dentist of many years retired. I tried a dentist that was recommended to me and was sadly disappointed. I then did some research and discovered Kathy, Hygienist, and Dr. Stanhouse at Plymouth Dental Associates. I have been seeing them for a couple of years now. I highly recommend this dental office. The office is run efficiently and professionally. My dentist and hygienist are thorough, welcoming, and gentle. I am very grateful for their care!
Always a very professional and caring team. They're communication (texts) is excellent, appointments are on time as scheduled and they have later hours for some who cannot take time off of work. Highly recommended.
Dr Ng was wonderful! She was warm and welcoming, she thoroughly and clearly explained my concern and gave me recommendations. She was perfectly honest in her evaluation, not recommending procedures I did not need. I would highly recommend Dr Ng and Plymouth Dental Associates.
