Best Urgent Care & Telemedicine & Rapid Testing

I’ve been here twice now. Once for myself and just yesterday for my son. I would not suggest any other Urgent Care! Customer service and the level of comfort I’ve felt each time while meeting with the attending physicians is UNMATCHED! Very grateful for this location & the staff.

April 2021, Great service for my issue except I had to call them 3x about sending my med script that was promised.
And on June 4, 2021, I normally have a great experience. This time the x-ray machine wasn't working and all staff members weren't aware, but I was given a script for another location for my child to get an x-ray. My only issue is that when promised a prescription for meds it is never sent to the pharmacy. I ALWAYS have to call and inquire about it. No matter when I visit this place it's ALWAYS the same issue. Other than that it's a great place.

My interaction with Best Urgent care was a pleasant one. The employee who took the swabs of my nose was very patient and gentle. That made my experience easier. I had so many preconceived thoughts of how the procedure would feel. My thoughts proved to be wrong. It tickled actually! Not bad at all. Fast results too.
