My engine was making noises on a drive to Downriver to visit family for the holidays. I brought it in on the 21st, learned on the 22nd that it was an issue with my converter. The owner placed the order and it was supposed to arrive on the 23rd, but a snowstorm delayed the shipment until Christmas Eve. Though the store was closed for business on Christmas Eve, he came in, accepted delivery of the part, and made the repairs so I could leave first thing on the 26th. I am so thankful for the fine folks there who go above and beyond to get its customers back on the road safely. It can be challenging to find an auto repair business you can trust, but Nick's Auto Repair is absolutely one of them.

I'm giving this place 5 stars in advance since there isn't any reviews under 5 stars. I find all these reviews kinda similar and I'm skeptical but willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, first. It's important for me to get the absolute best and most affordable service around so before I take my white 2014 Dodge Caravan to get fixed it's nice to know what people are happy about and with the same kind of average or lower quality auto fix-it shops around (and with lower review ratings) I want to have a better above and beyond experience just like them. I will be there sometime from today (10/19/2022) and through Friday (10/21/2022) and we'll see if their reviews really do match their business and quality of service? ~ Darrell Rosales.

Update, 10/21/2022: Overall expectations and service? Absolutely fantastic!! Got our van fixed completely, I mean EVERYTHING that was broke is now fixed even things other places overlooked and the wife and I couldn't be happier! They even gave us a free ride back to our home several miles away! Wow, what other place does this? Totally honest staff and we got the van back in just a few hours. Everything that people are saying is true, this place provides exceptional service and integrity. Thank you so much!!
