All the maintenance men that come to my home are just polite and professional. I love that they treat my dogs and cat like they treat their own pets.

Calisa the manager has been absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I moved in May 2021 and stayed a year. Redwood was nice, quiet and well managed. I only moved out because I finally found a home to buy. Thank you Calisa and Redwood for such a nice and easy experience in renting. Best landlord I ever had.

We have been looking for an apartment/condo for several months with no success. We stumbled across Redwood Southgate online and decided to take a look. From the 1st initial contact Taryn was pleasant and scheduled our tour promptly. She was knowledgeable regarding the numerous options and dates available. Taryn took customer service one step further by volunteering to sit with us as we had lots of questions navigating the application process. We have been approved!!
