(July 23, 2021, 7:48 pm)Fantastic customer service! The ladies in the office helped me trouble shoot a dryer over the phone, and helped me test a part I brought in to the shop. Even when I was ready to give up and schedule a repair, they gave me one more thing to try on my own. It worked; they solved my problem even though it cost them some business.
