I originally posted a one star negative review for this machine. Based upon the response I received from the company and the resulting communications from the support staff, I have changed my mind and decided to change my negative review into a more positive one. Update on Feb 3, 2021. The company contacted me concerning my review. They offered to return over half of the fees I paid which would put the percentage I was charged at 9%, a more reasonable rate. The machine was very easy to use and quick. But like I said before, they don't let you know beforehand how much the fees will be. So if you have a transaction where you need a specific amount sent to someone, it would involve some calculations to achieve that. But if you are just buying bitcoin for some other reason, it is fast and easy to use and in that case I would recommend using it. In addition the support staff were very kind and understanding when I communicated with them.
