She not only pushes you to your limits, she make sure you are doing it effectively and safely!
I recommend her classes for anybody who wants to reduce their weight and improve their endurance, strength, or positive attitude!
The day after class you will wake up and be reminded that you were there!😁😁😁 -

(January 16, 2023, 9:09 pm)Christie is an incredible trainer. Not only does she have wonderful workouts, she helps with form which is important. Row Dio gym offers classes for everyone too. Christie is encouraging, kind, and helpful!
If you want to get strong, I HIGHLY recommend checking out one of Christie’s classes. Strength training is my personal favorite. -

(January 13, 2023, 8:58 pm)I love this gym! Just getting back into working out and Christie has been great. She pushes you and motivates you to do better. The class options are great and I think prices are reasonable. If your questioning about coming try it you won’t regret it.

(January 13, 2023, 1:33 pm)Ok my fellow peeps!!! New year, new you!!! I haven't worked out in over 16yrs ago and I am still super freaking out to getting back on track. When I came in, its was all welcoming and 10 dollars for drop in class was something any one can do and it was a yoga/pilates class, Christie is amazing trainer!!! She will push you and encourage you!! That class she killed me but I am still coming back because its making me feel better!! Her classes are all different and man do you feel the burn in everyone of them!!! They are all worth it!!!
