Scott Frager brought a few different back braces directly to our house to ensure proper fit for my wife. She couldn't ride in a car without added pain from a broken clavicle, 2 fractured vertebra, and 2 broken ribs.

After an awful experience with Binsins Medical Supply that took up my morning I decided I would no longer use them.. I looked on Binsons reviews as someone that also had a bad experience with them said they used Med Supply.. I called them and the associate was polite and very helpful! I had my Dr fax the prescription over ONCE and she let me know she received it and was working on it! She called me back about an hour later and it was ready for pickup! (Binsons I had it faxed THREE TIMES and the last time they tried to give me an email for my Dr to do it again each time having to sit on hold for 20 minutes.. this isn’t the first terrible experience with Binsons!) Med Supply was great.. I didn’t have to keep calling and she took care of everything right away. Any future medical supplies needed I will be going with them!
