Regency, a Villa Center

All the workers on the 4th floor were so nice. Very friendly and pleasant. It was a pleasure to be there and it makes us feel so confident that our friend Maryann Shurmur is getting taken care of.🩷

I was transferred to Regency from the hospital. I have MS and some other health issues. Upon my arrival, they were well prepared to handle my health needs, and personal needs. The rooms give you a comfortable feeling, it wasn’t at all like a hospital. They were very fast to address my health needs, and my personal needs the support staff, meaning the admissions, staff, and social workers, especially Dee who worked so quickly and diligently to make sure that upon my discharge, I had absolutely everything I needed. I was essentially homeless when I got to Regency. They assisted me with resources to help me obtain an apartment and some of the things that needed to go in it upon my discharge. During my stay at Regency, the staff treated me with dignity and respect… They were always friendly, helpful, and always assisted to meet my needs. The charge nurse on the second floor was my absolute favorite, she seem to take very special interest in me, and was always around to make sure I was OK. there was ample security in the event that residents didn’t get along, the head of security was exceptionally friendly, and always applied excellent communication with the residence to resolve any issues before they got out of hand. The reception staff made sure that I got any mail or correspondence and delivered it immediately. They were extremely friendly to my family when they visited and brought me all my snacks. However, the vending machines were always stocked in the event that I needed a midnight snack lol. If ever, I was in a position where I needed intermediate medical assistance again, the first place I would call would be Regency. The resident manager, Bryce, on the third floor was absolutely amazing. If ever, there is an issue, no matter the issue, he addressed it immediately. And actually did it with a smile and a joke lol. Everyone at Regency was approachable, and would make sure that you were directed to the right resource for any needs. I can’t say enough positive things about Regency, you and your family would be safe there, and treated very very well.
