(April 27, 2019, 10:16 am)I needed to order a new pair of shoes for my boat, so I called H2row directly and reached Ron directly. He made a suggestion on a different shoe than I was looking at, which turned out to be the right choice. In addition, he also saved me money and I had the shoes in 2 days!
When one of the shoes had an issue after a few rows, I again reached out to H2row by email (after business hours) explaining my problem. To my surprise, I received an immediate response to my email stating that they would replace my shoes, and that I would have them in 2 days.
Ron delivered on his promise and my new shoes arrived 2 days later! I gave 5 star review based on service, promise to stand by their product, and overall commitment to the rowing community. H2row will have all my future business - so thank you Ron for your excellent service and commitment to standby the quality of your product!
