We have used Kathy Skuratovich to buy 2 homes and we highly recommend her. While looking to purchase our first home we were using a realtor who did not respond to our requests quickly enough to get in and see a home. A home came on the market that we could not miss out on, and we were referred to contact Kathy. She had us in the house the next day and proceeded to walk us through the process of putting in an offer. She used her knowledge of the area the current market to advise us on the offer to make. Needless to say, we closed on the house shortly after that. Five years later we had a baby and were ready to upgrade. We weren't looking too hard, but had mentioned that if she saw something she thought we would like to let us know. I was on a business trip when a house was listed we wanted to see but by the time I was going to be home, they already had numerous offers and weren't showing any more. I arrived home on a Thursday afternoon from the trip and Kathy contacted me about a home that just went up for sale by owner. We were in the home the very next day with an offer in on Saturday. She again used her expertise to provide us with what was needed to make an informed offer. We have been in our forever home for a little over 2 years now. We would highly recommend Kathy based upon her responsiveness, knowledge of the market & industry, and how she makes sure to be available as soon as you see a home you are interested in.

Kellie is absolutely amazing. She sold our house on day one with multiple offers, the first of which came in within an hour of being on the market. She went with us to more showings than I care to admit to and was more than flexible with our work schedules so that we could see every house we wanted to see. Kellie is very professional but at the same time makes you feel so comfortable like you have been life long friends. She will go above and beyond for her clients, always go to bat for you, and do everything in her power to make the selling and buying process as smooth as possible. What is normally a very stressful time, Kellie made easy for us. I can not recommend her or Zanglin enough.
