I had no experience with this company, but placed an order for two custom rain jackets for my parents' Christmas gifts. I wanted the embroidery to include a boat logo, with the boat name and our hometown. I included the custom instructions in the notes section, with no idea if anyone would notice it or be able to do it. I took a chance about a week before Christmas and crossed my fingers that they'd arrive on time. The jackets arrived Christmas Eve in the nick of time -- absolutely perfect. I would've understood if they didn't make it, but they did, and they were so beautiful. Eddie Bauer makes high quality stuff and these didn't disappoint.
