Nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. But the prices were high except the clearance and sale items.
A lot more organized than a lot of the other large retail stores. Overall prices are not too bad. Depending on sales they can be a little more than other places.
I'm often suspicious of "forever" sales (risks of artificially original/inflated prices), but the deals are fine here. More importantly, the staff are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean, though the retail space downsizing here could stand for new planograms. The 70% (as of this writing) clearance going on has decent prices, so it's making me wonder how they make a profit. Impressive enough, that I decided to become a stockholder. 🙃
We just went on a hay ride, it was a great length. We saw about 7 deer too! After they started a bonfire and it was a great way to end.
It was our first time there. It was a great ride. I just wish they would have told us how old our horses were and just a brief bio on them. The only part of the whole experience that could have been better was making sure my saddle was on fully and correctly almost half way through our ride my saddle started to slide off. I'm glad it happened to me vs the child I brought with. We enjoyed watching the sun go down as we were riding and seeing wild life in the woods.
Visited for a pony ride with our kids. One child had Sebastian and the other child had Ginger. It was neat that we (adults) could lead the ponies on the trail ourselves. The ponies definitely knew how many laps to do. The staff was super pleasant and made sure we had a chance to take a photo. Will definitely visit again!
It was perfect for a Dad and Daughter time. Very nice staff, great facilities and even though it was raining we we able to enjoy a pony ride. Family friendly and close to the Twin Cities. They have 70 horses and a place to enjoy horseback riding.
We booked a private 1 hour trail ride for my daughter's 11th birthday here. She has only had pony ride experience prior, while I rode often several years ago. We had Steve for a guide, and he was fabulous! We chatted the entire hour. He was cognizant of my daughter on her slower horse, and helped her figure out how to prevent grass eating! Apple was the perfect horse for her! He's an experienced equine person, and impressed me as one who truly cares for the horses. The horses are well maintained, in good condition, and cared for well from what I (a small animal veterinarian) could tell. The other staff there were also very friendly and welcoming. While we are from PA, and likely won't have the opportunity to come back any time soon, I would definitely come back here if we make it to the area again. Thank you!
Ran into Kohl’s and was able to pick up everything needed for a birthday swim party: trunks & shirt (Nike Swim) and goggles (Speedo). Although a bit pricey (IMO), I’m okay for the convenience of one-stop shopping. And there is always the Kohl’s Cash & coupons to be used later. All in all, in and out, including fitting room, within 20 minutes.
