(January 9, 2022, 1:10 pm)This branch is always crowded but one thing for sure, when you walk into the branch you will be greeted. My first few visits it came across very robotic, disingenuous. But recently I came here for a rare request. I was in need of someone at the branch getting some dire information for me.
Lizette the branch manager was so very helpful. You can tell that she has built a rapport with her clients. She new them by name and they new her. She was so patient and helpful. Although we didn't get my request accomplished that day. She ensured that we would get it done. She even made it super convenient for me.
