SnackBOX makes it easy to select from a wide range of tasty and well-priced options. Customer service responds quickly and shipping is incredibly fast. This is a go-to for me at work and will be a gift option for friends and family.

Our team worked with the SnackBOX team for the past few months to have orders delivered to our team members across the US. Autumn and her team were so easy to work with, able to get last minute additions worked in quickly. They were quick to respond and the teams raved about receiving them. I can not recommend them enough for making a usually meticulous job seamless.

Our organization worked with SnackBOX for an order sent to team members for a virtual meeting we were holding in spring of 2023. It was our first time working with this vendor, and our experience could not have been better. Autumn and her team were terrific to work with! Autumn was available and responsive and exceeded expectations. (This is quite uncommon in the customer-service world!) From the help creating a card for SnackBOX to print and include, to suggestions on shipping dates, to clarifications on any questions we had, the process was customer-centered and so efficient! Shipping was quicker than expected, and we encountered no problems.
We initially selected SnackBOX because of the variety of selections available and the pricing and shipping options that are far superior to other vendors. We will continue to use SnackBOX because of its pricing and shipping options and its stellar customer service.

Our company has worked with the SnackBOX team multiple times in the last few years. We have shipped boxes in varying quantities from 20 to 2000 individual employee home addresses. We have asked for custom boxes and snack swaps. We have asked this team to produce shipments with only a few days notice (and this was specifically during the December holiday season) and also made this team wait for months to get confirmations from us. Response time is always fast and cheerful. Shipping and billing is always accurate. I am very grateful that we found SnackBOX and consider this team to be a valuable business partner. Not to mention everyone LOVES receiving their box. I trust this team completely to be fast, accurate, and meet deadlines.

Used SnackBOX for 3 different instances of corporate ordering (50+ boxes at a time, all different addresses). They're very accommodating and their process for sending to multiple addresses (necessary for our remote company) is very convenient. Prices are very reasonable and they have varying boxes that support different diet styles. They support choosing different boxes per person which is great. I wish they'd introduce something like seasonal boxes that rotate through with different products, but nothing to ding them worth a star in my opinion. Shipping is quick. They say 2-10 days for the basic shipping but it's usually less than 5.
