Wanted to give a shout out to a few who helped during my last visit to the store. Edith and Derrick are always so kind in helping everyone who walks through the door, and then Jordan helped me out with my package, even though it was being dumb at the time. He was able to find an easy and simple solution to my issue, so props to them. Everyone at the store is always friendly!!! Thanks!

Where does one even start, this is the best ups location I’ve ever been to. The staff was attentive and friendly I highly recommended this location. Special shout out to Derrick he was very helpful

I showed up about 130, 30 minutes before closing on a Thursday. The staff was kind and courteous. They did not rush me and tried to help me to the best of their abilities and even told me how to get my package when they did not physically have it on hand. Great customer service, I wish I had gotten their names.

This was my first time using this UPS and I must say I was very pleased. The team acknowledged me upon entering. They were a little busy but still remained professional and pleasant throughout. My encounter was with Ms. Edith and she was very professional, friendly and move with a sense of urgency. I appreciate her effort and truly respect what it is she does...such a tough an important job that often goes unappreciated.

Great place to work with!!! I didn’t have anything fancy as I have a small shower. There door install process was simple. Jordan was great to work with and the product ended being incredible!!!

Highly recommend. The sales rep Jordan was very responsive, helpful and patient. The free estimate provided by Ed was very well done. He provided options and suggestions and was very thorough. The final product installed by Brandon looks great! It’s exactly what we asked for. They were all very professional and kind. It was also a very quick turnaround even with the holidays!

Promptness and efficiency from start to finish. Needed estimate for a glass shower wall. Visit was promptly scheduled and executed efficiently...pricing was in line with what I thought it would cost me. Glass ordered and installed within 10-12 days as they indicated. Communication and customer service was excellent. Would definitely recommend their services or utilize again if the need arises.
