Anthony was great working with my girls - one who has been dealing with an old ankle injury from basketball last winter and one with a recurring hip/knee issue from a long softball season (and now into basketball season!). He really explained to daughter #2 on what do to help strengthen the old ankle injury to prevent further issues and to daughter #1 what stretches and strengthening exercises to help with the hip issue she has been having!
