We went with another contractor that was a few thousand dollars less than diversified, and 2 years later the work is still not done right & we're going to court against the contractor. Diversified will be doing the repairs to this time around so they are done right!

(July 10, 2018, 5:51 pm)Diversified did our Decra stone-coated steel shingle roof 10 years ago and it still shows no signs of wear. We’ve been very happy with it and the long warranty that comes with Decra roofing. High winds and hail cause us no worries with this roof!

Tracy was very helpful when it came to decisions on materials, colors, etc. Bill checked back multiple times as he did the metal work, to be sure it was exactly how we wanted it. No surprises in cost or quality - all is good. I prefer working with local small businesses like Diversified Roofing for these reasons, and they delivered!
