  It was a joy working with Ian at Onyx Insurance Brokers Inc. They were the 3rd company I tried to get a better quote on a package deal for our home and auto insurance and he was able to get me a great price for the same coverage at half the cost for our Auto insurance.

  What Kind of Insurance Agent Do You Dream off?
  When I got in a car accident on a cold Saturday night – after calling 911, the first person I called was Ian. Ian right away offered to pick me up (he was 25 minutes away from me). In the next hour, Ian also made arrangements for car towing, helped to open the claim, and drove me to the airport to rent a car (because all other locations were closed). The airport usually does not provide a car rental for an accident case, but Ian’s charm made an exception happen.
  FYI, After the police and towing left, there were two cars in the parking lot, Ian’s car who picked me up and the second party involved in a car accident who still was waiting for help from his insurance company. Ian also offered the ride to the gentleman involved in the accident (otherwise he would freeze to death in the next hour until he might be picked up by somebody or walk 2 miles home at 14F) – He was very grateful and asked for Ian’s contact information.
  Ian always answers your phone call. We can update each other with progress, you can ask questions, the most important Ian always really listens to what you say and guides you to the right direction all the way to make your questions answered and the stressful process feels easier.
  I switched my Insurance Agent and Insurance Provider on December 1, 2022 – it was not a cheaper policy, but it was the right policy that covers my needs at the time when you most needed.
  Working with Ian Karanja, I learned that I was not the only person who Ian provided such an excellent level of support (honestly – this is THE BEST SUPPORT EVER that I got from an Insurance Agent). Ian Karajan treats and supports ALL HIS Clients in the same way – but for every person It feels be Special and I am Grateful. Ian also has a great team in his office who follows his steps.

  Missy with Onyx Insurance Brokers Inc was very EASY to work with. The first broker I contacted offered considerable savings within minutes. I didn't believe it could get any lower but thought I better contact the other referral which was Missy. So glad I did! She took my info and got back to me very quickly with even more SAVINGS! I had so many questions and she happily explained every one. I felt comfortable enough to make the switch immediately. I feel like dancing! Thank you Missy!!!
