Nice Counter people just didn't have parts needed

Self checkout might be convenient for those who just need to buy something quick and who don't need to look up parts with a specialist.

Hadn't been in the store since they moved. Very nice and clean inside. I was working on my four-wheeler at home and realized I needed to replace the old original spark plug. Ran in here just before they closed. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful and in a very short time I had my plugs and was out the door.

On a very cold day, I was shopping in an area I was unfamiliar with when my truck refused to start. I had a battery powered jump pack but it wasn't enough to get it going. I walked to nearby O'Reilly Auto Parts to either buy jumper cables or ask who I could call for assistance and was really surprised when they told me I didn't need to do either, they would be happy to do it for me. Kim gave me a ride back to my truck, got it started within minutes and then gave me the option of getting on my way or coming back to the store for a new battery. Since my battery was more than five years old, I went back to the store. Kim installed the new battery and had me back on the road within minutes. I didn't think this kind of customer service existed anymore. Kim handled my situation with knowledge and kindness so she is definitely my favorite but it was also apparent that the whole staff worked well together and shared the same goals in customer service. Thank you Kim, the staff and the manager at O'Reilly for making customer service and satisfaction such a high priority, you efforts are truly appreciated.

Very helpful and honest group! Between the three employees that helped me directly the made a perfect team ensuring i had all that i would need to troubleshoot my car! Thanks guys/girl
