North Country Ford Service Department

This is the fourth or fifth vehicle I’ve purchased from North Country. There are reasons for that, mainly being that my money is good anywhere. When you’re treated well and have a great experience, you go back. Also, the little perks you receive after a purchase may not seem like much, but are a nice added “we care about you” touch. The friendliness and knowledge of the salespeople and expedition of the sales process from start to finish makes the experience enjoyable.

I prefer to have Ford perform maintenance on my F150 vs a quick lube type place. Service was very professional here but just be prepared to wait. Quick Lane isn't quick. Waited over 2 hrs for an oil change.

I purchased a new Ford bronco from the dealership and the process was smooth and fast. My sales person, Mason, was very helpful and I appreciate that. Thank you for the great service.

I brought my vehicle in to address several minor recalls and asked them to look at a problem I'd been having for over a year with my tach jumping at highway speeds also. Several days later I was informed that I would get either a rebuilt or new transmission and it wouldn't cost me anything. (I remembered I had purchased an extended warranty when I originally purchased my car) Five weeks later I had my vehicle back, good as new!

I trust North Country Ford for excellent services. I have bought 2 different used Ford trucks from them, with the recent being a pick up.
From sales to maintenance, their services are awesome and excellent. After shopping around the Twin Cities and nearby cities, I found their prices to be the lowest.
I was impressed with the fuel tank 😀especially now with the rising gas price.
