He was very professional, took the time to explain everything, did an excellent job, answered all our questions, and didn’t rush through anything. The technician knew his stuff and was in & out within an hour. I appreciated his explanation of the 3 service repair options I had. Even more, he didn't push for the unnecessary, more expensive option. Very professional, knowledgeable and on time. We'll keep Mr. Rooter for future repairs!
