I am generally happy with my experience with Jam Hops. (If you ask my daughter, she is VERY happy!) The way how they keep the doors open with the restrictions (prior to Nov. 18) was laudable, and the staff were mostly friendly and competent. But communication needs some work. Despite the many emails I receive in a week, there is usually something important not conveyed in all the emails. Some examples include the uniform policy (whether or not to buy theirs, or whether one is required), and switching classes due to low enrollment.
With some tweaks, this place could be a lot better. But like I said, if you ask my daughter, she loves it! Any that is really the only reason why we are still enrolled here, despite the newest restrictions.
We attended a year of gymnastics. The facilities are nice and the teachers are mostly good. I didn’t seem much Progress for my girls in the year we were in it -
Which for the cost is disappointing. That said, my kids weren’t built for gymnastics, I can admit that. Their dance program was laid back, so it was good intro for my kiddos. The front desk staff were not welcoming - I felt like such an idiot for asking any question of them. They were also not friendly upon arrival consistently.
A good place to get your child involved...
Our family and friends have been members of Jam Hops for a couple months now. There are classes ranging from toddler to teens and both boys and girls attend, so yes your child will be able to find something.
Most of the facilities is reserved to the massive gymnasium, but there are small classrooms where small groups attend.
The place is available for birthday parties for your little one.
Overall the place is nicely maintained and the staff is super friendly. My biggest complaint is that the classes are too big sometimes and there isn’t match seating for parents.
Awesome place! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The building is clean and organized. Every week coach Cassie has fun activities for the kids. It’s definitely a positive and engaging place to bring kiddos! The only reason I don’t give it a full 5 stars is because I wish it was a little cheaper. Otherwise we love it!
