(May 11, 2016, 3:30 pm)Came into ER once with family member on our own. Family member is a senior with several health issues. Waited in the ER for hours and ended up going home without seeing the doctor. Came in again twice with same family member in ambulance. The staff was attentive, but we were there over 12 hours before we got a room. The last time was by ambulance and it was only a few hours before getting a room. Once she was admitted the staff was very friendly and attentive. I guess it's the ER staff that needs an overhaul!
