I'm writing this review to BRAG about REALTOR Ryan to let everyone know why you should choose him to be your realtor. We feel he is simply THE BEST.... END OF STORY. Oh, but where do I begin to tell the story of Ryan?

It's all the little extra things Ryan does that we feel no other realtor would have done for us. He gives 1000% of his time and energy to make everything as stress-free as possible for you, the homeowner. Ryan did literally just about everything for us. From coordinating the contractor, carpet installation, cleaning, lighting, running to Home Depot to get last minute items for us, staging, trimming bushes, weedwacking....And he kept us in the loop to let us know how things were progressing. He responded quickly to answer all my questions. I mean, Ryan does it all....UNBELIEVABLE..

Ryan has personality galore. He is OUTSTANDING. He is wonderful to work with and made us feel like he really cared about us; like a friend; he understood our needs. Very professional; RELIABLE, extremely courteous and helpful.

Excellent negotiator to get us the best price for our home.
