I made an appointment online for a drivers license renewal. I arrived 10 minutes early and the clerk who checked me in was very friendly. My name was called shortly after I checked in where I was again greeted by yet another friendly clerk. Whole process took about 15 minutes with no hiccups. Overall, very positive experience!

My son took his road test here, all went smoothly, we were checked in and greeted immediately. After his test, we had to wait to do all the licensing paperwork and were informed the state computers were down. Kudos to the person who clearly informed people waiting of what was happening, and again when they came back up. Great waiting system via text message. Great experience.

I just took my driving license test at this location and had the most enjoyable and relaxing instructor grading me for my test. Nina I believe was her name but I will have to check tomorrow and update this with her correct name as I'm awful with names. She was very professional and helpful. I got the feeling she wanted me to pass and was willing to do anything within reason to help me get to this result. She gave me a heads up of the things to look forward to and was very good at calming my nerves. She is probably one of the best people there are in the state doing what she does. I'm so sorry I got your name wrong but I will have it corrected tomorrow as you deserve it. Thank you so much for everything and I wish you all the best!
