    From the time we dropped off our vehicle, we were treated with the utmost respect. They kept us informed throughout the entire process. The vehicle was completed before the date promised. It was amazing job.

    Super friendly people. Very knowledgeable of how the whole insurance process works, and also how insurance companies do and don't work. They were very flexible in my needs as I was out of the country, and always a pleasure to talk with in general. Caliber collision embodies the spirit of good customer service and quality work.     After several ice storms the past several weeks, I had managed to brake my door handle and window up/down regulator. I was concerned that this job was a too small at this busy time of year for collision shops, and if they did agree to work on my car, it would be expensive. Mikey was extremely professional in helping me. The parts needed are no longer made so he found used parts for the job, managed my expectations for timing of parts and completion, and at very good price. At the end of the day, a great experience, excellent customer service, done at a very good price.

    Caliber collision took a difficult situation and made it as easy as could be. They were professional, knowledgeable and worked directly with my insurance company to provide an exceptional customer experience. I will use them for any future repair needs and highly recommend them for their professionalism and for repairing my vehicle in less than 2 weeks. Exceptional service from start to finish.

    The employees at Caliber Collision are absolutely amazing! First of all, Lisa is very courteous, helpful, and provides superior customer service. Elliot is very knowledgeable, and provided me with superior customer service as well. Mikey was my service adviser, and I was very pleased with the updates he provided, his assistance, knowledge, and the wonderful customer service I received. This is the second time that I’ve brought my truck in, and Kellie also served as a fantastic service adviser. I’ve had a lot of work done on my truck here, and I am very pleased with the results. I strongly recommend Caliber Collision in Chaska .
