I went in for my first IPL treatment and am pleasantly surprised with both the service I received and the outcome. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. I look forward to continuing my treatments every four weeks and exploring other services offered.

I had a great experience getting a Vivace treatment for my face and neck. I was sent home with a cleanser, treatment boosting serum, moisturizer and sunscreen and post care instructions. The staff was wonderful and the med spa is beautiful to walk into.

As always, outstanding people with such caring for patients from beginning to end. Beautiful office, Outstanding State of the Art Equipment. Everyone has a fantastic understanding of procedures and everything that is done at Dr. Wire's office. Lastly, Dr. Wire is patient, kind, knowledgable and is and expert in every facet of his wonderful practice. He is brilliant and definitely one of a kind.

The services and customer service are outstanding! The team really listens to the needs of the client and works to curtail a plan to meet long term goals that not only makes sense, but also affordable. I would highly recommend James Wire to anyone! A great place, atmosphere and truly caring staff!

I was pleasantly surprised by the care and consideration I was given at my appointment with Jennifer. I was not pressured into purchasing any of the products but was given a number of options for skin treatments. Jennifer was knowledgeable and explained every procedure in detail. She also answered any questions I had. I plan on returning to this clinic and highly recommend it to anyone looking for skin care options.
