  My grandmother was recently at Parmly on the Lake for TCU services. As someone who is an Administrator at a nursing home as well, I was very specific about where I would allow my Grandma to go. I had worked at Parmly for a short time in the past and had full faith in their team. Let me tell you, the Parmly team did not disappoint.
  
  The amount of knowledge, compassion and quality of care that was given to her was more than I could of imagined. I am beyond grateful to Parmly on the Lake and what they were able to do for my grandmother. Parmly does not only offer your loved ones a beautiful view and home like feel, but also provides that 5 star care. Thank you for all that you guys do!

  My sister, who has dementia, lived in the Vindauga View apartments at Parmly before moving to their memory care unit, where she now resides. She is happy and content. She tells me she feels safe and secure; she loves the food and the staff. As her POA, I work with the administration and staff and am 100% pleased with my interactions. They respond promptly to my calls and emails. They stay on top of my sister’s condition and advise me if any problems arise. The care staff in the unit where my sister lives are lovely people. They are nurturing, kind and patient. In addition, my father lived at Parmly and passed there a few years ago. He, too, received excellent care.

  My father just passed away at Parmly on the Lake in the Park side LTC. I have been involved in the medical care of my father for over 46 years, so I have become very good at telling when he is getting good care. I have nothing but great things to say about the workers at Parmly! From the receptionists, to the administration, to the social worker (Stephanie), to the nurses (Rosa, Nikki, Terry, Lisa), to the aides, to the maintenance workers. They were all competent, caring, compassionate people who truly had my father's best interests at heart; unfortunately, I cannot remember more names. I have already recommended their facilities to two of my friends, and will gladly do it again in the future. Keep up the excellent work, because it truly takes special people to do what you do on a daily basis and it really makes a difference!
