Mel's Floor Refinishing

I had an issue, I thought, with a parlor floor. I called several companies and Mel himself picked up the phone! He made an appointment right away to see my problem. He was in the area, so he came after work. Turned out there was no problem, just user error. He explained how I should continue. I did not need his service, but he was polite, knew the process I should use, and was willing to take the time to talk to me! I would use his company because his customer service showed he cares about his work and knows how to do it.

Mels flooring did a great job refinishing my hardwood floor in the living room. They advised me on how to get stains out before they came to do the sanding. They were very prompt.

Mel's did an absolutely wonderful job redoing hardwood floors in a recently purchased house. Communication with them was prompt and clear, they were very timely in their work and the finished product turned out so beautiful!! Well worth the cost to have the work done so well, and really the cost was affordable. They were overall a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend them (have already). Mel took out our old kitchen wood floors and redid our kitchen and hallway floors! He is so friendly, honest and his work is outstanding! Our family highly recommends his business!

I called Mel's Floor Refinishing to look at some maple flooring in a home I recently purchased. Rommel was 5 minutes early for our appointment (how absolutely refreshing) and explained exactly what I could expect in the finished product. He gave me a solid quote and a timeline for project completion (both of which he upheld). The price was fair and the workmanship was outstanding. Although this was a personal project, I deal with contractors for a living, and seldom do I see this level of service. I would highly recommend Rommel and his team at Mel's. Great job
