After meeting with many other hot tub retailers, I recently purchased a refurbished Cal Spa from MinnSpa- not only did I receive superior service and a quality spa but the team at MinnSpa has been in contact since their white glove delivery and set up. I have had several questions about my spa that have been answered swiftly by the staff. I recently had a same day service call (covered under warranty) and they quickly got the tub up and running and as suspected, it was simply operator error. Minnspa has been patient with me and I am in love with my Cal Spa. If you are in the market for a hot tub- you should call to schedule an appointment to view the spas at Minnspa.

Decided to use this company to purchase a used hot tub. While trying to decided, Dave finally just said to trust him. I have ever since.
The result was a great purchase that I continue to enjoy but also a great source for information on questions even distantly related to the tub. His response time is amazing.
