Bob was so patient with me and I appreciated his insight when I wasn't certain and had questions. It was helpful to have someone by my side that knew what to look for and how to talk with the dealers. The first day we went out we ran into some unexpected situations and ended up having to go out a second day. I didn't have anyone to care for my son the next day and Kelley was so kind and was able to watch him while we went out and finalized the deal. We got a good deal on our trade in and a car that we really enjoy in return. I was thankful for the service that Bob provided and he definitely went above and behind for me and my family.

Bob struck a great balance between being patient with me while I saw all of the cars that I felt I needed to see in order to feel comfortable moving ahead and/vs. moving me right along throughout the "Pick Up" day, so that I would end up with a car by the end of the day. We didn't save much on the car because the dealer insisted that they could discount the car only $500 of sticker price, which was disappointing, so we ended up spending just a bit more than we had wanted to, but that was NOT Bob's fault ... we had had extremely (yes, I mean extremely) stringent standards for safety features and MANY other things that we needed our new (used) car to meet, and within those set guidelines, Bob nailed it. I am going to say a word about Bob's politics and openness in that regard. If you are squeamish about talking politics or "the state of the world," just TELL him that outright. Otherwise, I think this is a fairly standard way Bob has of interacting with others -- being open about his ideas and opinions. That did not bother us at all. Some of his opinions we shared and some we definitely did not. But if you're adult about it and can just say "when" when you're done wanting to talk about anything but cars, then you will be just fine. Bob is open, honest, friendly, and will do his very best for you. Be specific in both what you are looking for and what you are comfortable (or enjoy) talking about, and you're gold. We made back the money we spent on hiring Bob, and we would use him again.
