I would highly recommend trying this place out before having more invasive procedures done that might not be necessary. Get to the root of the actual problem and save yourself a lot of grief! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff!!

I have been dealing with chronic pain and weight issues for years. I have read numerous books on health and nutrition and have tried several diets. I had made so many life style changes and still the outcome was not what I was hoping for. Needless to say I was feeling frustrated and confused to what to try next. My husband had heard wonderful things about Dr. Brian's program
and urged me to give it a try. At first I was extremely hesitant but after my initial meeting, I left with an incredible burst of optimism.
First let me say that the staff at Able Lifestyle are exceptionally caring, knowledgeable, and focused on helping their clients reach their goals. Dr. Brian's innovative high tech program is science based and has proven to be a life saver for me.
I started with the laser and red light therapy. Within a few visits I was having less pain and felt my body begin to heal. I was ecstatic with the results and it gave me the motivation to continue.
My third week of treatment, I began Dr. Brian's 40 day lifestyle & weight loss program. I was given all the tools I needed in order to be successful. The journal that is included is extremely helpful. Being able to chart your daily progress is so beneficial in making the best choices to obtain optimal results. The journal is filled with motivational and inspirational messages. It also
gives you a new way to look at weight loss and the desire to continue on this path.
To date, I am in day #17 of the program and have lost 10# and several inches. I have more energy and less pain. The only downside is that I now have to buy new clothes.
I am forever grateful to Dr. Brian and his wonderful staff for all of their expertise and encouragement and the passion they have for what they do.
