They helped us with everything from beginning to end. All arrangements were handled by Anna B from the obituary, to how to post photos, to flowers, food, death certificates, thank you notes, church services, cemetery services…. Literally everything !

Upon the recent, passing of my brother and having to deal with an incapacitated sister-in-law, everyone at Elton Black, bent over backwards to help us make the plans for the handling of my brothers remains. I will be forever grateful for their assistance as I live out of state. Next job at hand is to pre-plan for my sister-in-law.. thank you again to everyone at Elton Black Funeral Home.

I want to thank Drew for all his help and kindness. He went above and beyond to make this hard time in our lives easier to handle. My dad would have liked Drew. He even stopped by to check on my mom. We could not have been happier with the wonderful service provided by Elton Black & Son Funeral Home. At a time when you may not really be processing things the way you normally would, Anna was so patient and thorough. She went through all our options and the costs entailed and did not rush us to make decisions or pressure us in any direction. The facility is perfectly appointed, freshly decorated and immaculately clean. Everyone especially loved the giant finch enclosure! So soothing and distracting to the little ones. We called and stopped in multiple times before the funeral and everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. The funeral went off without a hitch due to the utter professionalism of the whole staff. We do need to give a special shout out to Anna and Drew, though, who went above and beyond what we could have expected. Drew even made a special trip to my home to drop off some special copies of my mom’s obituary that he printed up for us! Really, at a terrible time in your life, you could not be in better hands.

Paula is smart and fearless while fighting for her clients, it's no surprise her clients refer to her as Animal! Thank you for all you've done for me Paula.
