I saw Sam Therres for my Botox and she did an amazing job. She was very knowledgeable and explained what she was doing and why. I tend to pull my right eyebrow down more than my left and she knew exactly what to do to even them out. I also got a lip flip from her and I am obsessed! Highly recommend both the clinic and Sam. Clinic is very clean and welcoming!

Megan gave me my first ever Diamond Glow facial and I’m officially hooked! She did an amazing job and my face felt amazing after. The staff at the front desk were so kind and welcoming, all around the experience was great. Love the ambiance and hospitality as well!

I have being receiving services from Michelle for several months, and she is amazing; she explains services in detail, answers any questions you might have and offers options to achieve what you are looking for. Everyone in the office is professional and friendly; the space is clean, comfortable and very nice. On my first appointment they helped me get signed up for a loyalty program to save money, and they remind me of ways to save or get better deals; it never feels pushy or sale-sy but like they genuinely care about quality services and taking care of their customers. I just had my third appt and will continue to return; I highly recommend Michelle and The Refinery!

I met with Michelle for the first time two weeks ago and had a follow up appointment today. She was very friendly and professional. She took a lot of time patiently answering my questions. I am very impressed with the whole clinic and staff. Everyone is wonderful. The environment is very clean and calming. Makes me want to go back. Highly recommend.

Went in for a skin consultation with Kylie and she did an amazing job recommending me what products to use and what I shouldn’t be using! She even blocked out a time for me on the exact day for me to get a service done with her and I ended up getting a VI peel! She’s super friendly and so are the receptionist, very warm and welcoming place (: I highly recommend coming here and I already notice a difference in my acne and dark spots clearing up and it’s only been 5 days! I’m definitely coming back to book a facial next with her
