Tire center always provides exceptional customer service. Today I returned after a noticing a very subtle vibration after tire rotation. Lucas took care of me, Made it a top priority and was able to fix issue with rebalance. He apologized for the inconvenience several times and expedited service. Couldn’t have asked for more, he went above and beyond.
The customer service here is top-notch. I was told at my last oil change that I needed new tires. When I went in to get that done, my Costco technician told me my tires were still fine and that I could wait till at least this winter. He even offered to rotate and check my tires for free.
