I have had the best service with my insurance agent. He is always available to answer my questions and to review my coverage to make sure i am not missing anything important as well as to verify i am not over paying. i trust him to have my best interest at heart.
If you like to save money on a better product, you need to call Jim. If you prefer to pay more for an inferior product, then there's no need. I was with a different independent agent and Jim still saved me $300 a year. And then apologized for "only" saving me that much. He's so used to saving people so much more, it seemed small, but when you're in the first years of your own business every cent counts!
