Above and beyond! All Craftsmen Exteriors replaced our roof and gutters in the fall of 2020 following an August hail storm. They did everything they promised and more — including removing a hornets nest and nailing some sliding that had moved back into place.

Jason was our contact from start to finish. He thoroughly explained all our options and was very easy to reach via text with questions. The black onyx roof really pops, so much so that we felt compelled to repaint our front door so that it looks as good as our roof and gutters!

In fact, Carl and his crew were so professional and thorough that I believe my yard was cleaner after they cleaned up than it was when they started on time early that morning. Jeff was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and just a joy to work with. He was on time for appointments, responded to all phone calls, emails and texts promptly, and provided valuable input on materials and color choices. The morning of installation went exactly as Jeff said it would. His entire team showed up at 6:30 am, with the roofing material arriving shortly after. What an efficient crew; they were done in one day, and cleaned up so thoroughly that you wouldn’t know they were even here. Excellent job.
