I had a great experience! Tanner was great! He was very tolerant of my multiple interpretations and my crazy busy home. I dread having to set up these appointments and they made it pretty easy to get through. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and would highly recommend them. They have replaced a furnace and air conditioner for me in the past and it was a great experience also. I am gently reminded about the upkeep I need to do with my current system and they were very respectful.

Hugo, the installer was fantastic to work with. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything in detail. He put in a very long day to get everything right and to get our installation functioning today but never lost his good humor. His assistant was also a pleasure to have around.

The whole generals team helped our family get a complete heating air and water filtration system installed. we went with a high-efficiency mini split system to help offset the cost of heating in the winter and providing us with air-conditioning as we have no duct system. We also installed a new 95% efficient boiler which also acts as a water heater.

Our water is very hard and the water softener we had was not preventing buildup within the pipes. They flushed all the pipes, replaced water softener and added a water filtration system. The projection is my bills will be about 50% of what I am currently paying and with the rising cost of natural gas and electricity it should continue to offset as these rise. It was a little more than I wanted to do at once, but at the end of the day me and my family will be good for the next 20 years. Thanks GezRyan!

Technician showed up on time, was very professional in his interactions with me, provided a good cleaning of the HVAC system with several recommendations. was impressed enough to purchase a annual service contract with them.
