Thrive Therapy

After unsuccessful therapy at other well known Twin Cities clinics, I was in desperate need of more personal and stable/consistent help. I therefor put a lot of effort into finding a new therapist, and it really payed off in discovering Thrive Therapy. I like that Thrive feels small, cozy if you will. I definitely don't feel lost or overwhelmed as I have previously.
I've been working with Angela for a few months. I can't say I'm enjoying it because therapy can be uncomfortable, but I'm making progress that even I can see and feel. Angela's calm and respectful demeanor puts me at ease, allowing me to really be ME. She is full of amazing quotes, better than ig and fb I assure you. I have a very analytical and creative mind, which can be exhausting. Angela somehow helps me to simplify, while maintaining the importance of all that's in this head of mine. It's like fresh air in a tiny dusty cluttered room.
Amanda was also incredibly helpful in getting me set up to begin therapy at the Thrive practice. I truly appreciate the great communication. It's really been a positive experience from the start. Much thanks to all of you.

Have been seeing Claire Kaehr here for about 6 months, and couldn't be happier with her help. Am new to therapy as an adult, she is the second therpist I have tried, and I feel like I hit the jackpot. Highly recommend especially for those struggling with anxiety, childhood trauma, and social phobia/anxiety.
