Would rate so many more stars if I could! 5 is not enough!
Just bought our first home, which had a gas fireplace in the wall. Didn't work since we moved in and that made us feel sad inside. Also cold.
I called our gas company, Centerpoint Energy and they offered a repair quote of $130 for the first 30 minutes, and $30 more for every 15 minutes afterwards.
Decided to call around and ask for cheaper services. Firespaces, Inc. was the first google service to appear and I called asking if they perform repairs. The amazing lady that answered the phone didn't even skip a beat and immediately told me to provide, and where to find the serial number and brand ID of the fireplace, and then like a knight(ette) in shining armor, just started giving me instructions as to starting the fireplace and working it from there on out. Didn't offer a physical consult, didn't even mention money. Just jumped into the spotlight and told us how to work our fireplace. We are now sitting cozy in front of our own first ever fireplace that we initially knew nothing about. These spectacular people saved us a potential $200 repair scheme from a high-end gas company, all through a brief phone call. Kindness and patience like this is rarely experienced for free through businesses today. I love, so much, the thing that is this business, and these people.

Donna and Norm went the extra mile in the busy fall season to get our unit installed and running before the extreme weather took hold.
I would recommend this company to everybody. They came in under estimate and are easy to work with.
