    These guys are awesome. I’ve lived here for 3 years and regretfully am moving out. Kris and team do an amazing job responding and are extraordinarily human in their roles. Every member of this team is a part of a friendly well oiled machine. I felt like EVERYONE was on the ball. Everyone has also always been super friendly, “hey good morning, how are ya.” No reasonable person could run into trouble with this bunch! There’s a lot of good people that live here and the bad apples make their own bad experience. Sorry to leave :(

    "The Bluffs of Burnsville fit all my criteria. With a cozy and quiet 1 bedroom apartment, friendly and professional staff and resort quality amenities, I was very happy here. This place is a local gem, and it deserves its stars for it's price range. Simply put, it's a budget friendly resort style apartment that I will miss. Thank you for an amazing stay!"

    I would highly recommend giving the Bluffs of Burnsville rental consideration. I recently went on an apartment viewing with and for my daughter, and the staff at the Bluffs of Burnsville was exceptional. Ana is full of personality, super friendly and knowledgeable. She is an asset to your team and deserves much Kudos!
